HISTORY/COMPANY OVERVIEW
Founded in 1978, Graphic Service Bureau began life as a printing brokerage operating out of a spare bedroom in the home of our founder, Mike Gustave. Equipment consisted of a manual typewriter and a rotary telephone.

Before long, a chance meeting with a neighbor who had created a software package for real estate management companies put GSB on the road to what would be a leadership position in the computer forms market.

"Do you sell computer forms?" asked the neighbor. "Of course we do!", answered Mr. Gustave.

Within four years Graphic Service Bureau had become the leading provider of forms and supplies to the real estate management community, stocking and shipping printed products for more than a dozen software systems.

It was some six years later that a vice president of a major New York banking institution asked Mr. Gustave, "Can you print monthly bills from data provided by our clients?" "Of course we can!", replied Mr. Gustave.

Today, Graphic Service Bureau prints millions of bills per month from its state of the art facility in Orangeburg, New York, serving not only real estate management professionals, but also financial institutions, non-profit organizations and a variety of clients who wonder just how they would do business without the exemplary service provided by GSB.

Mike Gustave has been dedicated to the establishment of new technology and business process solutions within the real estate industry for more than 25 years. As a principal of Graphic Service Bureau and KLIK Technologies he has worked on behalf of many of the most recognized names in real estate and has extensive experience in real estate finance, operations, information systems management and production process design, development and implementation. In addition to having a broad real estate background, he is recognized as one of the industry's foremost experts in the area of real estate back office processes.

Mr. Gustave has played a major role in the establishment of some of the most innovative enhancements to the art of billing and payment processing, including the introduction of GSB Fast Print Laser Printing and KLIK Technologies state of the art web based systems. Mr. Gustave is a graduate of Brooklyn College with a dual major in Psychology and Finance. After decades of service to the real estate industry, he is recognized as a leader of unassailable credibility and unmatched expertise.

Located in historic Orangeburg, New York, sixteen miles north of Manhattan in the picturesque Hudson River Valley, Graphic Service Bureau's state of the art facility enjoys easy access to every corner of the New York Metropolitan area.

In addition, GSB's offices and plant are less than an hour from all three of the New York's major airports.

Our climate-controlled building is ideally suited for the storage and processing of printed documents. High-speed internet access enables the latest in technological innovation.

Printing production, unmatched in the industry, is capable of generating over a million documents a day. And, we've never failed to fulfill our promise to ship pre-scheduled, laser printed documents in forty-eight hours or less. Printing, bursting, folding, inserting, and mailing are all accomplished through the use of the most up to date systems and equipment.
